Marketing Points with Affinity Partners

  1. The Co-operative Group has a Membership Scheme called The Co-operative Membership. This allows members to collect Membership Points. It also, in certain circumstances, allocates points to members (Marketing Points) which are paid to members at the same time as the share of the profits payment. This payment is paid to the members twice a year in the form of voucher or directly into their bank account by BACs.
    Vouchers can be redeemed at participating Co-operative Group Limited outlets including: The Co-operative Bank branches, The Co-operative Food, The Co-operative Travel, The Co-operative Pharmacy, The Co-operative Funeralcare, The Co-operative Electrical, when presented with a valid Co-operative Group membership card with the same number. The Marketing Points will be shown on the statement as a cash value in pounds and pence. The expiry date of the vouchers will be printed on the voucher.
  2. New customers to Medicash must sign up to a Solo Health cash plan to be eligible for up to 2,000 Marketing Points on sign-up and must remain a Medicash policy holder for 12 months from sign-up to receive up to a further 468 Marketing Points on expiry of the said 12 month term. The number of Marketing Points awarded is based on the level of policy at the time of joining.
  3. New Medicash customers must sign up to a Dual Health cash plan to be eligible for up to 4,000 Marketing Points on sign-up and must remain a Medicash policy holder for 12 months from sign-up to receive up to a further 858 Marketing Points on expiry of the said 12 month term. The number of Marketing Points awarded is based on the level of policy at the time of joining.
  4. Offers available to existing Co-operative members only who are first time applicants to the scheme and is non transferable.
  5. The marketing points for new customer sign-ups will be awarded after 3 months of continuous membership.
  6. This offer ends on 1 July 2011. Customers signing up to Medicash after this time may not be eligible.
  7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Medicash offer.
  8. The Marketing points are always valued at 1p
  9. This offer is not available to existing Medicash customers.

  13. Claims will not be paid until Medicash has received your first premium

  15. This offer is open to residents of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and British Forces Personnel posted overseas (BFPO)
  16. Entrants must be aged between 16 and 65 at the time of joining
  17. Medicash reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw these promotions without prior notice
  18. Medicash reserves the right to refuse to accept any applicant as a policyholder or impose qualifying periods
  19. Medicash is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA)
